Being able to create delicious flavour combinations and unforgettable deserts is a gift I was born with.
I moved from my home in Lithuania some time ago to develop my skills and experiences in London. I’ve completed NVQ 2 in Patisserie and have a Foundation Degree in Hospitality Management. I worked in some of London’s top restaurants until I decided to start Monart Cake Company.
I am passionate about what I do and strive to create wonderfully different and unforgettably delicious cakes, in style and in flavour, every single day!
